Hans Prinzhorn (1886-1933), who as an art historian and doctor who collected works from his patients at the Psychiatric University Hospital in Heidelberg. This cumulated into the “Prinzhorn Collection”, a world wide known art collection that has inspired artists like Alfred Kubin, Paul Klee, Max Ernst and Pablo Picasso. Works from this collection was shown amongst others at the exhibition “Inner Worlds Outside” at Whitechapel Gallery, London in 2006.
